Our research team utilizes Google criteria which is proven to deliver quality lists to our visitors.  Each site is categorized for easy searching and grouping.  Once a site has been evaluated it will not be evaluated again unless we're contacted to reconsider.  This is nice when a site has been redesigned.

While high quality beautiful sites catch our eye and peak our interests first we do pick sites which aren't as aesthetically appealing when the content is such that the site warrants sharing with others.  We value sites where proper attention was given to design and to get the point across what the site is about.  We look for sites which validate for Xhtml/Html/CSS/508 compliance first and foremost.  Many other factors go into ensuring a site is listed on our 'Top Sites List'.
